Decision:
That subject to the consent of the Fields in Trust Cymru,
a lease be granted for the Bowls Pavilion to the Trustees of Pontardawe Bowls
Club, on the standard terms as set out in Appendix 1 to the private, circulated
report.
Reason for Decision:
To allow the Bowls Pavilion to continue to be used in conjunction with
the adjoining Bowls Green for the benefit of the community.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
