Decision:
That
the requirements of competition are excluded and Rule 2.1 of the Councils
contracts procedure rules be suspended.
That
approval be granted to make a direct award to the supplier
as detailed in the private circulated report, for a period of 3 years
commencing 19 November, 2016.
Reason for Decision:
To ensure continuity of the provision of the Services and to obtain the
most effective and efficient arrangement for the provision of the Services.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
