The minutes of the meetings held on the 6 October and the 17 October 2016 (Special) were noted with the following amendment to the minutes of the 17 October 2016.

Members highlighted that clarification had not been received from Officers on whether the increase in Education Support Service was correct or whether it had been amalgamated into a different budget line.  Democratic Services Officer to contact the relevant Head of Service for a response.  Members also asked that the figure of 27% be included in the narrative of the minutes.
