That
delegated authority be granted to the Head of
Engineering and Transport to negotiate and enter into a sales agreement for the
sale of two Renault Minibuses and a Ford Transit Minibus, to the parties and on
the terms as detailed within the private, circulated report.
Reason for Decision:
To enable the mini buses to continue to serve useful purposes.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
