Minutes:
Decision:
That the Head of Corporate
Strategy and Democratic Services be authorised to submit the response as
detailed in appendix 1, to the circulated report, to the Welsh Government. In addition,
the Leader of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council sends a letter
expressing the key issues of the previous Scrutiny Committee and Cabinet Board
to the Cabinet Secretary, for Communities and Children, Welsh Government.
Reason for Decision:
To
ensure the Council’s concerns over implementation arrangements are conveyed to
the Welsh Government.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision is an urgent one for immediate implementation. The Chairman had agreed
to this course of action and therefore there would be no call-in of this
decision.
