Decision:

 

That a Deed of Variation to the original conveyance of Aberavon Shopping Centre Port Talbot, and the grant of associated temporary and permanent access rights over the adjoining Authority owned Civic Square and Car Park, to facilitate the proposed refurbishment and redevelopment of Aberavon House, Off the Civic Centre, Port Talbot, on the terms set out in the private circulated report, be approved.

 

Reason for Decision:

 

To enable the proposed refurbishment/redevelopment of Aberavon House to proceed.

 

Implementation of Decision:

 

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
