That
the terms and conditions for settling the dilapidations claim, at the
former Skills and Training Centre at 1A Milland Road,
Neath, on the
terms set out in the private circulated report, be approved.
Reason for Decision:
To settle the outstanding dilapidation claim as a consequence of the
Authority terminating its lease of the premise.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
