Decision:
That
the grant of a lease to Cwrt Herbert Sports Association Limited Sports in
respect of the playing fields at the Cwrt Herbert Sports Ground, Neath Abbey,
Neath, on the terms set out in the private circulated report, be approved.
Reason for Decision:
To allow the playing fields to continue to be used
by the Sports Association and local Comprehensive School for the benefit of the
local community.
Implementation
of Decision:
The decision will be implemented after the three
day call in period.
