the grant of an agreement for lease and ground lease to South Wales Fork Trucks
Hire Limited, of industrial development land at Crynant Business Park, Crynant,
Neath, on the terms set out in the private circulated report, be approved.
Reason for Decision:
To
enable the land to be developed for industrial purposes and enable an
established local business to remain in the local Community.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
