Decision:
That
a Deed of Waiver varying the terms of the lease to the Trustees of Aberavon
Green Stars RFC of the pavilion and playing fields at Little Warren, Aberavon,
Port Talbot, allowing a change of use of part of the pavilion for a Members’
Clubhouse and Bar, on the terms set out in the private circulated report, be
approved.
Reason for Decision:
To
enable the Club to relocate its Members’ Clubhouse and Bar within part of the
pavilion.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
