Matter Arising

NATIONAL ASSEMBLY FOR WALES FINANCE COMMITTEE EXAMINATION OF OMBUDSMAN POWERS

Members noted that changes to the Members Code of Conduct had now been finalised by the National Assembly’s Finance Committee. The Head of Legal Services and Monitoring Officer explained that there had been comparatively few changes, which had been adopted by Council, but which had not warranted extra training for Standards Committee Members. The revised Code would be added to the agenda for a future meeting of the Standards Committee.
