RESOLVED: |
that
in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation as detailed within the
circulated report, and subject to the circulated amendment sheet: 1.
The Lawful Development Certificate is refused on the grounds that insufficient
evidence has been provided to demonstrate that the caravan has been in situ
on the application site and used for residential purposes for in excess of
ten years; 2.
Enforcement action is authorised to cease the existing residential use
of the land and remove the unauthorised caravan and associated structures
from the site, and to restore the land to its former condition. |
(Note: With regard to the Amendment Sheet referred
to above and attached as an Appendix, on which the Chairperson had allowed sufficient
time for Members to read, in respect of application items on the published
agenda, the Chairman had permitted urgent circulation/consideration thereof at
today’s meeting, the particular reasons and the circumstances being not to
further delay the planning process, unless the Committee itself wanted to defer
any applications and to ensure that Members take all extra relevant information
into account before coming to any decision at the meeting).
