the highest offer (as detailed in the private circulated report), which is
considered to be market value, for the property formerly known as Pontrhydyfen Primary School, be accepted.
Reason for Decision:
To provide a Capital Receipt to fund the Authority’s
Strategic Schools Improvement Programme.
Implementation of Decision:
The decision will be implemented after the three day
call in period.
