Decision:
That
the leases/sublease of the Bowls Pavilions to the respective Bowls Clubs and
Organisations on the standard terms, set out in the circulated report, be
approved, subject to full compliance with the Charities Act.
Reason for Decision:
To
allow the Bowls Pavilions to continue to be used in conjunction with the
adjoining Bowls Greens for the benefit of the community.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.

This
item will be subject to external consultation.
