Decision:

That the Legal Orders for the implementation of 30mph, 40mph speed limits and speed cushions on Longford Road, Longford, Neath Abbey, Neath, as detailed at Appendix A to the circulated report, be advertised, and subject to there being no objections, the Orders be implemented.

Reason for Decision:

To reduce vehicular speeds in the interest of road safety.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.

Consultation:

A consultation exercise will be carried out when the Scheme is advertised.
