That the grant of the lease to Cwmavon Community Engagement Centre of Cwmavon Community Centre, on the
terms set out in the circulated report, be approved.
Reason for Decision:
To allow the premises to continue to be used for the benefit of the
Community.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
Consultation:
The
local Members have been consulted and support the proposal.
