That the grant of a lease to NPT Shopmobility
Ltd of the ground floor shop unit within the new Multi Storey Car Park, Neath,
on the terms set out in the private circulated report, be approved.
Reason for Decision:
To
allow the premises to be used for the welfare and wellbeing of disabled and
elderly people in the Neath and surrounding areas.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
