Consideration of: the Responses and Recommendations to the Representations received following Consultation on the Existing Route Map (ERM); the amended ERM for Neath Port Talbot; and Submission of the ERM to the Welsh Government for approval.

Officers drew Members attention to a typographical error on page 3 of the circulated report, paragraph 3 should read ‘…and 52 pedestrian routes…’ as opposed to ‘…and 57 pedestrian routes…’.

Decisions:

1.              That the responses and recommendations to the representations received, as detailed at Appendix 1 to the circulated report, be agreed;

2.              That the amended Existing Route Map (ERM) Schedule attached at Appendix 2 to the circulated report be agreed, and authorisation be given to submit the ERM, along with supporting documentation, to the Welsh Government for approval.

Reason for Decisions:

To ensure compliance with the requirements of the Active Travel (Wales) Act 2013.

Implementation of Decisions:

The decisions will be implemented after the three day call in period.
