Decision:

That the ‘Missed Bin Policy’ as detailed at Appendix A to the circulated report, be approved, but be renamed ‘Missed Bin Guidelines’, as recommended by the Scrutiny Committee.

Reason for Decision:

To formalise guidelines in relation to ‘missed’ waste collection.   

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
