on the basis of the revised proposal, as detailed within the private circulated
report, which will allow some of the identified units to be sold via private
sale, be approved.
Reason for Decision:
To enable
the sale of surplus land and to attain a capital receipt.
Implementation of Decision:
The decision will be implemented
after the three day call in period.
