That the grant of the lease to the Trustees of
Giants Grave and Briton Ferry Boys Club of Hengwrt
Sports Hall, Llansawel, Briton Ferry, on the terms
set out in the private circulated report, be approved.
Reason for Decision:
To allow the premises to continue to be used
for the benefit of the Community.
Implementation of Decision:
The decision will be implemented after the three day
call in period.
