Decision:
That the grant of a lease to NSA Afan
of the new Community Employability Centre, Water Street, Port Talbot, on the
terms detailed within the private circulated report, be approved.
Reason for Decision:
To allow the refurbished premises to be used for the benefit of the
residents of Aberavon and Port Talbot.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
