Council received the Report of the Corporate Directors’ Group in relation to the Budget Guideline Changes for 2015/16, which had been commended to Council for approval by Cabinet at its meeting on 23 September, 2015.

RESOLVED:                  That the budget virements as contained in Paragraph 2.1 of the circulated report, be approved.
