That, in accordance with Contract Rules Procedure 3.1 (i) and (iv) the single quotation from Broxap for the supply of 57 new recycling bins for the Council’s open space areas, from the Welsh Government’s Circular Economy Capital Fund Grant, be accepted, in order to ensure consistent design of open space litter recycling bins.
