of route one in the Neath Active Travel Masterplan be advanced to detailed
design in 2025-26. Reason for Decision: The scheme will help deliver
annual improvements in active travel in accordance with the requirements of the

The List of Approved
Contractors is amended as follows:- Companies to be added to
the List of Approved Contractors
Removal of Categories for an
approved Contractor This company has advised they
sub-contract work under Categories 48 & 49. All other approved categories
will remain.
Reason
for Decision: To keep the List of Approved
Contractors up to date and as far as possible, ensure a competitive procurement
process. These recommendations to be adopted
for the purpose of supplying a List of Approved Contractors for invitation to
tender within the relevant category. Implementation
of Decision: That the decision be
