2.	Declarations of Interest Decision: Cllr Ceri Clarke declared a Professional non-prejudicial interest in item 5c – as she is a benefits adviser for a charity and the item discusses the welfare rights department and their work with Macmillan. And also a personal non-prejudicial interest in item 6b - a close friend is employed by Adferiad.
