That having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, approval is granted to advertise the Traffic Regulation Orders and Traffic Calming locations in association with the Cwmtawe Community School (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and if no objections are received that the proposal is to be implemented on site as advertised.

 

Reasons for Decision:

 

The scheme is necessary to prevent indiscriminate parking and reduce vehicular speeds in the interest of road safety.

 

Implementation of Decision:

 

That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.

That having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, the objections are upheld in part to the (Pen Yr Allt and Pen Yr Grug, Ystalyfera) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading At Any Time) and (Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time) Order 2024 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and that a revised scheme (as detailed in Appendix B to the circulated report) is implemented.

Following on from the public consultation regarding the proposed Individual disabled parking bay proposed for 6 Gower Buildings, Church Street.  We have received objections to the proposals which must be reported to Cabinet in the form of this report and associated IIA.
