UK Shared Prosperity Fund, Local Business Priority Fund - On Dream Street Limited (Exempt under paragraph 14) Decision: Decision: 1.That
the Local Business Priority grant of £83,268.93 to the business On Dream Street
Limited, be approved. 2.That
sanction be provided to award the grant funding to a company where a member of
NPTC staff is a ‘person with significant control’. (A person who owns more
than 25% but not more than 50% of the share capital of the company). 3. That delegated authority be
provided to Andrew Collins, Regeneration & Economic Development Manager to
authorise this grant award. |

Proposed Renewal of Farm Business Tenancy of Agricultural land off March Hywel, Rhos, Pontardawe - Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 Notices (Exempt under paragraph 14) Decision: Decision: That having had due regard to
the Integrated Impact Assessment. That
delegated authority be granted to the Head of Property and Regeneration
authority to serve any requisite notices under Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995,
to ensure that the Council complies with its duty under this legislation, in
respect of the proposed renewal Agricultural Farm Business Tenancy. To authorise the scheme of
delegations to the Head of Property and Regeneration be amended, to include the
service of notices under the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995, and that the Head
of Legal and Democratic Services be authorised to update the Constitution of
Neath Port Talbot County Council to record this. |
