Resolved:

That the minutes of the previous Statutory Licensing Sub-Committee meetings held on the 21 July 2025 and 11 August 2025, be approved as an accurate record.

Members were asked to consider whether any amendments are required to be made to the Licensing Policy 2026 - 2031 prior to its submission to Council and subsequent consultation.

Resolved:

That having due regard to the integrated impact screening assessment, no amendments are required to the Licensing Policy 2026 – 2031, prior to its submission to Council for approval to begin the consultation exercise.

There were no urgent items.
