of a charitable scheme for the disposal of the proceeds of the sale of the
former Glanafan Comprehensive School land. 2.

supports teaching and learning in the 21st Century. 3.
Approval be granted for the fund to be freed from restrictions in
respect to expenditure of any capital that applies, resolved under the Section
282 of the Charities Act 2011. 4.

That the approved decisions comply with legislative requirements of the
