as per appendix 1 and 2 of the circulated report the opening times for
Christmas and New Year 2023, for Libraries, theatres, community centres, Margam
County Park, Leisure Centres and Swimming Pools be approved. Implementation

Increased Planned Places Blaenhonddan Primary School - Final Determination Decision: Decision: ·
That approval be granted to establish a specialist provisioin
for primary age pupils with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) at Blaenhonddan Primary School. ·
That the provision be managed by the school under it’s school
governance. ·
That the provision be beneficial to pupils being taught be specialist
staff and alleviate pressures to existing staff to address demand for pupils
with more complex needs. Implementation
of Decision: That
the decision be implemented following the three-day call-in period, which ends
at 9.00am, on, Monday, 27th November 2023. Consultation: Formal
consultation has been undertaken in line with the Welsh Government’s School
Organisation Code, November 2018. Members
were informed of the outcome to the consultation together with it’s recommendations
on the 28th September at the ESW Cabinet Board. |
