Pre-Decision Scrutiny of Private Item/s To
select appropriate private items from the Cabinet Board agenda for Pre-Decision
Scrutiny (Cabinet Board reports enclosed for Scrutiny Members) Minutes: The
Committee scrutinised the following Private Cabinet Board items: Contractual
Arrangements for the Prevention and Wellbeing Service To
request that Members suspend Rule 11 of the Contract Procedure Rules (CPRs) and
grant permission for the Head of Adult Services to enter into a new contract with
for the continued provision of the Prevention and Wellbeing Service (PAWS), as
detailed within the private report. Following
