Council’s participation in the ECO4 Flex Scheme. ·

requirements of the Councils CPRs in accordance with Rule 5 in order for the
Council to enter into an SLA with Warm Wales and extend the term of the SLA for
the duration of the ECO4 flex scheme. ·
That delegated
authority be given to the Interim Head of Housing and Communities to enter into
the SLA with Warm Wales and extend the term of the SLA for the duration of the
ECO4 flex scheme. |

Lease Agreement with Tai Tarian Minutes: Decision: That Members approve the
extension of the lease agreement between Neath Port Talbot Council and Tai
Tarian for 32 Southville Road, Port Talbot. The lease
will be for a period of 36 months on terms and conditions to be agreed by the Head
of Property and Regeneration in consultation with the Interim Head of Housing
and Communities. |
