Determination
of an application for a new premises licence in accordance with the Licensing
Act 2003. Representations were received in respect of the application
requesting additional conditions be attached to the licence. All parties have
agreed to the imposition of the conditions and consequently no outstanding
matter remain.
1.That
approval be granted that the members determine the application after
considering all relevant representations.
