Grant of dispensation under Section 81(4) of the Local Government Act 2000.

That the application for dispensation as detailed in paragraph 13 of the attached report, be approved for Cllr Sian Harris (as her daughter works as a teacher at Ysgol Cwm Brombil) to speak and vote, and that the dispensation run to the Standards Committee which follows the Annual Meeting 2022.
