To obtain Members approval to grant delegated authority to the Head of Property and Regeneration.

That approval be granted to:

That delegated authority be granted to the Head of Property and Regeneration to enter into an agreement for lease, and lease

with the highest scoring, subject to satisfactory proof being

provided of funds to undertake and complete, as detailed in

the private circulated report.

In the event that the highest scoring tenderer declines the

award, delegated authority is granted to the next highest bidder.
