The report requires an urgent decision as the leisure centre is scheduled to open October 2022 in order that the operational changes required at the Neath MSCP can be made to facilitate the opening of the new leisure centre on time. 

That Members approve the arrangements in relation to the provision of car parking and specifically the arrangements that relate to patrons using the new Neath leisure centre as set out in the attached report.
