To seek Members approval to submit Council owned sites as part of the Call for Candidate Sites under the Local Development Plan Review.

Having given due regard to the Integrated Impact Screening Assessment.  Approval be granted for the Head of Property and Regeneration to be given delegated authority to submit the sites that have been identified in Appendix 1 as part of the Call for Candidate Sites under the LD review.  Appendix 1 was accessed via Teams to Decision Makers.
