That having had due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment, it be agreed
that:
1. The Director of Environment and Regeneration, Head of Planning and Public
Protection and any officers so designated by them be authorised
to accept the offer of funding from National Lottery Heritage Fund, and the
terms under which the funding is offered, for the delivery of the Lost
Peatlands of South Wales Project.
2. Commencement of the project (and any grant spend) be agreed to be
conditional upon all other project Delivery Partners signing a partnership
agreement, as set out in the draft included in Appendix 2 to the attached
report.
