To seek authority to approve funding to Age Connects NPT to provide a Community Lead Coordinator to manage Volunteer work across the Council and its partners. 

That approval be granted:

That the Council enters into an agreement with Age Connects NPT to provide the Community Lead Coordinator role for Neath Port Talbot and its partners to the 31 March 2021 for the sum of £20,365 with a further sum payable up to £5,000 should additional services be provided as set out in the report.
