Amendments to delegations as a result of the implementation of the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions)(No 2) (Wales) Regulations 2020.

1.             That as of 13 July 2020, any reference to the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2020 within the Constitution of Neath Port Talbot County Borough and delegations granted by members to exercise powers under this legislation, be substituted with the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions)(No 2) (Wales) Regulations 2020 or any amending legislation,

2.             That the Head of Legal Services be authorised to update the Constitution of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council to make reference to the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions)(No 2) (Wales) Regulations 2020 or any amending legislation.
