1.
That Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council waive any notice fee for
any ceremony that was due to take place between 23 March 2020 and 30
September 2020, that is subsequently rescheduled to
a different date.
2.
That delegated authority be granted to the Director of Finance and
Corporate Services and Head of Legal Services in consultation with the Leader
and Cabinet Member for Corporate Services and Equality to agree an extension
of this period dependant on the current restrictions that are in place at the
time.
