Supplier Relief (Exempt under Paragraph 14).

That the Director of Finance and Corporate Services be granted delegated authority to approve an application for supplier relief on the terms identified in the private, circulated report, in consultation with the relevant Corporate Director/Head of Service and with the Leader/Deputy Leader or relevant cabinet member.
