That
the Council enter into a regional collaboration agreement with authorities
who comprise the South Wales Local Resilience Forum to facilitate the
development as detailed in the private attached report, and delegated
authority be granted to the Chief Executive in consultation with the Leader
of Council to enter into any documentation, and to approve any related
funding necessary.
