delegated authority be granted to the Head of Transformation, in consultation
with the Director of Finance and Corporate Services, Head of Property and
Regeneration, Head of Legal Services, Leader, Cabinet Member for Education,
Skills and Culture and the Cabinet Member for Finance to pursue option 4 (as
presented at paragraph 8), as detailed in the private circulated report.
