To seek authority from Cabinet to submit an application for EU Transition funding to tackle food poverty and address food insecurity in Neath Port Talbot during 2021/2022.

Having had due regard to the first stage Impact Assessment it is agreed that the funding application be submitted as set out in the attached report.
