That approval be granted, that in consultation
with the Leader and relevant Cabinet Member the objections are overruled
and the (Seaway Parade and Afandale, Port Talbot)
(Revocation) (20 mph Speed Limits) Order 2020 and Traffic Calming Measures
at Seaway Parade traffic regulation orders (as detailed in Appendix A of
the circulated report) be implemented on site as advertised, and the
objectors informed accordingly.
