1.      That approval be granted for the terms and conditions for the granting of a temporary licence as detailed in the private circulated report.

2.      That Head of Property and Regeneration be granted delegated authority to enter into a temporary licence agreement for part occupation of Milland Road Car Park, Neath by Secretary of State for Housing Communities and Local Government.
