To seek approval to enter into an agreement with Carmarthenshire County Council for the provision of a call monitoring service to residents in Neath Port Talbot who receive an Assistive Technology service.

That the Head of Adult Services be granted delegated authority to enter into a contract with Carmarthenshire County Council for the provision of a call monitoring service until 31^st March 2023, in the terms and conditions contained in the private report.
