To obtain permission to enter into lease agreements with Registered Social Landlords for interim accommodation for homelessness.

That permission be granted to enter into lease agreements for the accommodation listed in Table 2 of Appendix A to the private circulated report, and to grant delegated powers to the Head of Adult Services and Head of Property and Regeneration to approve entering into agreements with any subsequent provisions.
